We are interested in instructional design and learning strategists who bring experience, judgment, and care to complex educational and training environments.
This work may include:
Designing and reviewing digital courses, programs, and training experiences
Supporting faculty or workforce development initiatives
Advising on pedagogical strategy, assessment, and learning outcomes
Contributing to quality assurance and program review efforts
Collaborating with partners across cultural and organizational contexts
Ideal candidates bring experience in instructional design, learning sciences, or related fields, along with the ability to think at both the course and systems level.
Minimum requirements
A master’s degree in instructional design, education, or the equivalent (doctorate preferred)
3-5 years of experience working in an instructional design, training, or similar administrative role (international and/or government experience a plus)
Compensation
$90,000-100,000 per year starting salary with potential for an annual bonus

This work may include:
Supporting hiring, onboarding, and contractor engagement
Assisting with policies, documentation, and compliance across regions
Advising on organizational processes and internal systems
Helping establish practices that support clarity, fairness, and long-term sustainability
We are open to candidates with formal HR backgrounds or related experience in organizational operations, particularly in distributed or global environments.
Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational leadership, business administration, or the equivalent (master’s preferred)
3-5 years of experience working in a human resources capacity (ideally with a globally distributed team)
Compensation
$80,000-100,000 per year with potential for an annual bonus

We are interested in course developers who are detail-oriented, thoughtful, and interested in building high-quality digital learning experiences at scale. This role supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of courses and training programs using established templates, content, and design standards.
This position is well suited for individuals early in their instructional design or educational technology careers who are eager to grow their skills while contributing to meaningful, real-world projects.
This work may include:
Building digital courses and learning modules using provided templates, content, and design guidelines
Implementing instructional materials within learning management systems and related platforms
Applying accessibility, quality, and formatting standards consistently across courses
Reviewing course analytics and engagement data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Preparing summary reports and documentation to support evaluation and continuous improvement
Collaborating with instructional designers, learning strategists, and technical team members
Ideal candidates bring:
Strong attention to detail and comfort working within structured frameworks
Interest in instructional design, digital learning, or educational technology
Ability to follow established processes while learning to think critically about quality and outcomes
Clear written communication skills and comfort working with data and reports
A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, communications, or a related field
Master’s degree preferred (instructional design, education, learning sciences, or related area)
Familiarity with learning management systems and basic course-building workflows
Comfort working with data dashboards, spreadsheets, or analytics tools
(Prior professional experience is welcome but not required; internships, graduate assistantships, or relevant project work may be considered.)
Compensation
$65,000-75,000 per year, and this role may be offered as full-time or part-time, depending on organizational needs and candidate alignment.
